Obama must be the most popular guy on Facebook with over 5 million friends. When I look at that figure I feel a stab of Facebook envy (I do not even know 5000 people let alone 5 million people). His MySpace website is just as cool. It is one of the few that I have come across which actually look tidy and professional *shock horror*. I like the nice little addition on his page which says “Mood: Hopeful” and the fact that he tells us that he is a Leo. On top of that he has a very space-ageish looking website, where he is featured in an apocalyptic stance with the sun illuminating the outline of his figure on his donation page. What is truly amazing about all this is how one man moved not just America but the whole world from a grass roots level in mobilizing his supporters. His Facebook page allows your average Joe Bloke to relate to and actively participate in the campaign of this great man.
